Penny Gould
Penny has served on Keller Williams Realty East Valley’s Agent Leadership Council which is comprised of the offices’ top producing agents. She also served on the Greater Phoenix Area Agent Leadership Council. Penny is continuously acknowledged for her dedication to Keller Williams Realty East Valley. She was awarded the Keller Williams Ethics & Values Award, & nominated for the Cultural Icon Award.
Penny currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband Kelly, three horses, and five dogs. She is dedicated to her volunteer work with her church. She has served in many capacities with the children’s, youth, and women’s organizations. Her most precious role is that of Grandmother to her five grandchildren.
Shannon Vowles
Shannon joined the Gould Group in 2005 while attending Arizona State University, pursuing a degree in Real Estate Business Management. Her attention to detail and love of real estate helped her quickly master the complexity of the real estate industry and become an essential part of the Gould Group. Helping countless buyers and sellers navigate and maximize their investments in the ever-changing real estate market has become her passion. Shannon played a key role in The Gould Group being selected as one of 50 Realtors Valleywide to represent M&I Bank sell their properties in the height of the Great Recession.
Shannon’s enthusiasm for real estate, strong work ethic, and dedicated customer service has enabled The Gould Group to be award-winning multi-million dollar producers year after year and be counted among the top producing agents in the Valley and Keller Williams International.
Shannon and her husband Tyler live in Gilbert with their two sons. They enjoy spending their family time on the water at Canyon Lake. She actively volunteers in the community through children, youth, and women’s programs.
